混凝土搅拌罐车运输过程中拌筒不能转动的处理方法？

　　混凝土搅拌罐车在使用到一定时间过多过少会出现拌筒不能转动，一般有3种情况1、运输过程中有混泥土卡住了；2、液压系统或发动机发生故障；3、马达发生故障。遇到这些情况也不要着急教你应对方法：

　　When the concrete mixer truck is used for a certain period of time, the mixing drum will not rotate. Generally, there are three situations: 1. The concrete is stuck during transportation; 2. The hydraulic system or engine fails; 3. The motor fails. Don't worry about these situations. teaches you how to deal with it

　　1、运输过程中有混泥土卡住了；清理干净就没有问题了；

　　1. The concrete is stuck in the process of transportation; there is no problem to clean it up;

　　2、液压系统或发动机故障的处理：

　　2. Troubleshooting of hydraulic system or engine:

　　1）打开搅拌筒检修孔盖，旋松马达上高压软管的管接头，旋转拌筒使拌筒检修孔斜向下，将砼从搅拌筒检修孔排出；

　　1) Open the manhole cover of mixing drum, loosen the pipe joint of high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing drum to make the manhole of mixing drum incline downward, and discharge the concrete from the manhole of mixing drum;

　　2）将故障车的高压胶管从马达上卸下，把救援用的高压胶管接上，另一端接在救援车的油泵上，并将应急用的回油管一端接在故障车的马达泄油口，回油管另一端接在救援车的油泵回油口，利用救援车来控制故障车拌筒的旋转，将砼排出。

　　2) Remove the high-pressure rubber hose of the failure vehicle from the motor, connect the high-pressure hose for rescue, and connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, connect one end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor oil drain port of the fault vehicle, and connect the other end of the oil return pipe to the oil return port of the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, and use the rescue vehicle to control the rotation of the mixing drum of the failure vehicle and discharge the concrete.

　　3、马达发生故障，处理则较简单，可把救援车的马达卸下装在故障车上，再将各个油管接好，启动救援车即可将拌筒内的砼排出。

　　3. If the motor fails, the treatment is relatively simple. The motor of the rescue vehicle can be unloaded and installed on the fault vehicle, and then the oil pipes are connected. After starting the rescue vehicle, the concrete in the mixing drum can be discharged.

　　发生故障时应及时判断发生故障的原因，采取有效的措施将拌筒内的砼排出后再解决故障。
