自上料搅拌车广泛适用于中小型建筑工程混凝土的混凝土生产以及养殖用青储饲料的搅拌作业，根据外形分辨，主要分为圆筒式自上料搅拌车和平口式自上料搅拌车。

The self feeding mixer is widely used in the concrete production of small and medium-sized construction projects and the mixing operation of green stock feed for breeding. According to the shape discrimination, it is mainly divided into cylindrical self feeding mixer and flat mouth self feeding mixer.

大家都知道，自上料搅拌车在每天使用后要及时清洗，以防止搅拌车罐内残存的混凝土凝固或者对设备造成腐蚀。但是，自上料搅拌车的清洗过程，你真的知道吗？

As we all know, the self loading mixer shall be cleaned in time after daily use to prevent the residual concrete in the tank of the mixer from solidifying or causing corrosion to the equipment. However, do you really know the cleaning process of the self loading mixer?

1、每天的工作结束后，将搅拌罐内注入适量的水，并保持搅拌罐缓慢旋转；

1. After daily work, inject proper amount of water into the mixing tank and keep the mixing tank rotating slowly;

2、将自上料搅拌车水箱里的水加满，以保证清洗过程的水量充足；

2. Fill up the water in the water tank of the loading mixer to ensure sufficient water in the cleaning process;

3、向罐体内注水，注水过程中保持搅拌罐工作状态，以足够的水量保证洗掉搅拌罐内残存的混凝土；

3. Inject water into the tank, keep the mixing tank in working condition during the water injection, and ensure that the residual concrete in the mixing tank is washed off with sufficient water;

4、打开洗车泵，接好高压水枪（自上料搅拌车标配，有些厂家可能需要定制）；

4. Turn on the car washing pump and connect the high-pressure water gun (standard for high-end self feeding mixer, some manufacturers may need to customize);

5、仔细清洗罐体、进料口、出料口、车身等残留物料；

5. Carefully clean the residual materials such as tank body, feed port, discharge port and vehicle body;

6、确认没有水泥和混凝土结块后，将搅拌罐内污水放掉。

6. After confirming that there is no cement and concrete caking, drain the sewage in the mixing tank.
