1.搅拌车搅拌筒的旋转由液压马达通过专用行星减速机带动，行星减速机的输出轴可以实现一定角度的摆动，以满足恶劣路况下搅拌筒的跳动。

1. The rotation of the mixer drum is driven by the hydraulic motor through a special planetary reducer. The output shaft of the planetary reducer can realize a certain angle swing to meet the beating of the mixer drum under bad road conditions.

2.液压系统采用恒功率变量柱塞泵，减少发动机的功率损耗。

换油：搅拌机一般每半年需要更换一次润滑油，润滑油的型号为32#机械油，换油时，小心拧开油塞，放进其内存油，注意油枪内可能会有剩余的内压，以防油的喷射。

Oil change: generally, the blender needs to change the lubricating oil every six months. The type of lubricating oil is 32 # machine oil. When changing the oil, carefully open the oil plug and put the oil in the blender. Pay attention to the residual internal pressure in the oil gun to prevent the oil from spraying.

轴承润滑脂：一般大修时更换一次，润滑脂量为轴承腔间隙1/3-1/2，润滑脂推荐采用高温钙纳基润滑脂。

Bearing grease: it should be replaced once in general overhaul, and the amount of grease should be 1 / 3-1 / 2 of the bearing cavity clearance. High temperature calcium base grease is recommended.

搅拌机的泄露保护处理：假如渗漏开关保护，表示电机侧的机械密封损坏，必须要检查和修理，打开油室腔的堵塞，排尽其内积液。

Leakage protection treatment of mixer: if the leakage switch is protected, it means that the mechanical seal on the motor side is damaged. It must be checked and repaired. Open the blockage in the oil chamber and drain the liquid in it.
