It is found that the shaking of concrete mixer truck usually has the following three situations. The specific causes of each situation and the corresponding treatment methods are summarized in detail

　　混凝土搅拌车的罐体由于积料，会导致罐体的偏移，那么罐体运行时就会出现抖动。由于积料造成的搅拌车的罐体抖动的故障表现：抖动随着罐体运转呈周期性变化；罐体运转一周抖动不超过两次。这样的故障可以通过在罐体上做记号来鉴别。当然，也不排除罐体加工原因导致罐体偏移，但是大部分的主机厂对于罐体加工都有严格要求，罐体偏移的可能性非常小。另外，所有的搅拌车在出厂时都会进行调试，罐体偏移的搅拌车根本不会出厂，所以对于用户来说，因为罐体加工原因导致罐体偏移的可能性极低。

In addition, all mixers will be debugged when they leave the factory. The mixer with the center of gravity of the tank will not leave the factory at all. Therefore, the possibility of the center of gravity deviation of the tank body caused by the processing of the tank body is extremely low for the user.

　　搅拌车在行驶过程中车身抖动

　　如果混凝土搅拌车在行车过程中，发现车身有轻微的抖动或偏移，一般是轮胎引起的故障。

　　可能是轮胎平衡状况不佳，需要车主尽快去做一个四轮定位和轮胎动平衡，如果车辆不跑偏做一下轮胎动平衡即可。还有可能是因为钢圈变形所致，这就需要车主去的维修店检查。这种状况一般发生在使用年限较长的搅拌车身上。一般搅拌车更换新轮胎、新钢圈时都要做一次轮胎平衡，否则配重不平均时就容易发生抖动的现象。

　　搅拌车怠速时车身抖动

　　如果司机在启动混凝土搅拌车或将搅拌车停驶未关闭发动机的情况下，发现车身抖动明显，那么可能意味着搅拌车存在下面三种状况：

　　If the driver starts the concrete mixer or stops the truck without turning off the engine, it may mean that there are three conditions for the mixer truck:

　　1.搅拌车发动机积碳严重。当发动机内部的积碳过多时，冷启动喷油头喷出的汽油会被积碳大量吸收，导致冷启动的混合气过稀，使得启动困难。这种状况下，只有等到积碳吸收的汽油饱和，才容易打着车，打着车后吸附在积碳上的汽油又会被搅拌车发动机的真空吸力吸入汽缸内燃烧，又使混合气变浓，搅拌车发动机的可燃混合气时稀时浓，造成冷启动后怠速抖动。气温越低，冷启动所需要的油量越大，积碳的存在就越会影响冷启动的顺利与否。可以通过清洗油路，清洗怠速马达的积碳来解决搅拌车发动机积碳严重的问题。

　　1. Serious carbon deposition in mixer engine. When there is too much carbon deposition in the engine, the gasoline ejected from the cold start fuel injection head will be absorbed by carbon deposition, resulting in the mixture of cold start is too thin, making it difficult to start. In this case, only when the gasoline absorbed by carbon deposition is saturated, it is easy to start the car. After driving, the gasoline adsorbed on the carbon deposit will be sucked into the cylinder by the vacuum suction of the mixer engine for combustion, and the mixture will become rich. The combustible mixture of the mixer engine will be diluted and sometimes rich, resulting in idle jitter after cold start. The lower the temperature is, the more oil is needed for cold start, and the existence of carbon deposition will affect the success of cold start. The serious problem of carbon deposition in the engine of mixer truck can be solved by cleaning the oil circuit and cleaning the carbon deposition of idle motor.

　　2.搅拌车点火系统出现问题。检查一下火花塞、高压导线和点火线圈的工作状况，如果存在点火系统工作不良，火花塞跳火状况不好会导致这类故障现象。如果存在这种情况，需要检查混凝土搅拌车火花塞积碳是否过多，及时更换火花塞。

　　2. The ignition system of the mixer truck has problems. Check the working conditions of the spark plug, high voltage wire and ignition coil. If the ignition system is not working well, the spark plug is not in good condition, which will lead to this kind of fault phenomenon. If there is such a situation, it is necessary to check whether the spark plug of concrete mixer has excessive carbon deposit, and replace the spark plug in time.

　　3.搅拌车油压不稳。如果已经清理过发动机积碳、洗过节气门、换过火花塞等，仍然发现怠速时车身抖动，建议您到修配厂检查燃油供油压力以及进气压力传感器等是否正常，如果油泵供油压力不正常或进气压力传感器数值错误会引发车身抖动，而且必要时应更换部件。

　　3. The oil pressure of mixer truck is unstable. If you have cleaned up the engine carbon deposit, washed the throttle valve, replaced the spark plug, and still found the body shaking at idle speed, it is recommended that you go to the repair shop to check whether the fuel supply pressure and intake pressure sensor are normal. If the fuel supply pressure of the oil pump is abnormal or the value of the intake pressure sensor is wrong, the body shaking will be caused, and the parts should be replaced if necessary.
