1、在混凝土搅拌车作业前需进行检查，确认转向、制动、灯光、信号系统灵敏有用，搅拌运输车滚筒和溜槽无裂纹和严重损伤，搅拌叶片磨损在正常范围内，底盘和副车架之间的U形螺栓连接良好。

由于混凝土会在短时间内凝固成硬块，且对钢材和油漆有一定的腐蚀性，所以每次使用混凝土贮罐后，洗净粘附在混凝土贮罐及进出料口上的混凝土是每日维护需认真进行的工作。其中包括：

e．下次装料前切记放掉混凝土贮罐内的污水；
