1、对于新购入的车辆，初次使用50小时左右，就该检查各处螺栓紧固情况。包括罐体封头与减速机的连接螺栓，减速机底座与前台的连接螺栓，拖轮底座与机架的连接螺栓，以及副梁与大梁的连接螺栓等。以后要保证每月定期检查一次。
