1、使用前：

1. Before use:

（1）要检查小型混凝土搅拌机空压机的自保装置是否可靠，气压是否稳定；检查水泵的引水有没有加足，管道是否畅通；

（1）都应该将小型混凝土搅拌罐的主机内外、料门上的积料清理并冲洗干净；

（2）各个润滑点应该加注润滑油，尤其是在轴端的密封处万不可遗漏；

(2) Each lubricating point should be filled with lubricating oil, especially at the sealing part of the shaft end;

（3）冬季应放净水路内的液体，放净空压机贮气筒内的积水和气体；

(3) In winter, the liquid in the water channel should be drained, and the water and gas in the air storage cylinder of the air compressor should be drained;

（4）停机后，所有的开关都要处于非工作状态并切断电源。

除了这些例行的检查以外，每年还要对运行工作的小型混凝土搅拌机或是混凝土搅拌罐进行检查，检查中如发现问题要及时维修，有的小型混凝土搅拌机机器零部件若损坏要及时更换以保证设备的正常运行。
