1、自动上料搅拌车输送混凝土的容量，质量及塌落度应契合混凝土行业标准和要求。

2、搅拌车在混凝土运送过程中罐体制止停转，避免形成混凝土的凝聚，停转重启时会形成对液压体系、减速机的冲击，导致液压泵和马达的损坏。

3、搅拌车在公路上行进时，加长溜槽有必要放置在卸料溜槽支架上并用挂钩挂牢，不允许挂在主排料溜槽上工作；主排料溜槽要旋转到固定位置，拉下定位手柄，用锁紧手柄将弹簧变幅组织锁止，避免由于不固定而摇晃，形成伤人事端和影响其它车辆工作可能。

7、水箱的水量要常常加满，以备急用。水箱加水前，有必要翻开放气阀把箱内空气放掉；冲刷时翻开气阀，冲刷结束或者停用时应将水罐内气体放掉。冬天停放时，水箱和供水体系里，不得有剩下水，避免冻裂。注意：水箱仅在供水时加压，不要带着加压水箱在公路上行进。

8、自动上料搅拌车在满载混凝土正转，如要回转，有必要操作手柄使正转停稳后，再操作手柄回转。禁止正转过程中操作手柄使其回转。
